Job summary

This position supports safety standards and quality control throughout the manufacturing process. You will stand 8–12 hours, lift up to 60 lbs, operate hand tools, sanders, and bandsaws, and help keep the cutting queue on schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Preferably a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spreads, marks, and cuts fabric according to patterns and production requirements.
• Organizes and prioritizes cutting tasks to align with the production schedule.
• Operates hand tools, sanders, and bandsaws proficiently.
• Cuts materials including soft fabrics and hard plastics.
• Stands for 8–12 hours while using cutting tools.
• Lifts and moves raw materials up to 60 lbs safely.
• Construction background is a plus.
