Eck Industries Inc. in Manitowoc, WI is hiring for Heat Treat – 2nd Shift. We’re looking for hands-on, detail-oriented teammates to prepare castings for heat treatment, read job specs, and run heat-treat equipment.

Work is in a clean, modern foundry with a strong team. We offer $20–22/hour, a raise after 60 days, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and advancement in a family-owned company with 75+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred; training provided.
• Ability to read and follow job specs and production requirements.

Responsabilités

• Get hands-on preparing castings for heat treatment by following step-by-step instructions.
• Learn to read and understand job specs and production requirements.
• Be part of the aging and straightening process to help create quality products.
• Set up and run heat treat equipment with training and team support.
