Rosenbauer America Group is seeking a Saw Operator to run the aluminum upcut saw and band saw to prepare job packages for fabrication. This role requires lifting metal parts and precise cuts, with attention to detail.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, and experience reading blueprints and tape measures. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, and PDF documents is helpful; safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Strong mechanical and technical ability required.
• Saw operation in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous experience reading a tape measure preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lifts metal sheets, parts, and pieces into machines to make required cuts.
• Reads and understands body prints and a tape measure.
• Monitors inventory levels of metal parts to prevent shortages.
• Regularly cleans and performs maintenance on saws.
• Ensures that cuts meet angle grade and other specifications of the build.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the supervisor to meet the needs of the company and our members.
