Qualifications

• Proficient in standard alterations (pant hems, waist and seat adjustments, sleeves, side seams).
• Attention to detail to ensure high quality finishes and precise stitching.
• Ability to read and follow garment measurements and customer requests.
• Strong customer-service mindset to guide customers on fit and alterations.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations efficiently, ensuring clean finishes and secure stitching.
• Press garments for a crisp finish and maintain organized work area.
• Assist with inventory by monitoring tailoring supplies and requesting replenishment as needed.
• Support front-of-house activities and customer consultations as directed by management.
• Share tailoring knowledge with teammates and assist in training sales staff on fittings and marking techniques.
• Report safety hazards and incidents to management and uphold professional appearance.
