Qualifications

• Perform standard alterations (pant hems, waist/seat, rise, tapering, coat sleeves, side seams, collar) per guidelines.
• Maintain ~60 minutes of productive alteration work per hour, with breaks as needed.
• Ensure garments meet quality standards: clean finishes, secure stitches, even seams, remove loose threads/pins.
• Press garments for a clean, crisp finish.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace; store tools and materials properly.
• Demonstrate proficiency with tailor shop equipment.
• Tag, organize, and prepare completed work for pickup.
• Monitor tailoring supplies and request replenishment as needed.
