Responsibilities

• Perform alterations and fittings per company guidelines.
• Maintain an average productive alteration pace per hour.
• Ensure high-quality finishes, secure stitching, even seams, and finished edges.
• Press garments for a crisp finish.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and tools well-maintained.
• Demonstrate proficiency with tailor shop equipment.
• Tag, organize, and prepare completed work for customer pickup.
• Assist with inventory by monitoring tailoring supplies and requesting replenishment.
