Tailored Brands is seeking a Retail Store Tailor—Alterations to join our team in Michigan. You will perform alterations, measurements, fittings and repairs to ensure a perfect fit for customers, while upholding company standards and delivering excellent service.

The role requires keen attention to detail, skilled sewing abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-based environment. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and maintain a high level of craftsmanship.

Formación

• Must have experience performing standard alterations with attention to detail.
• Strong sewing and alteration abilities are required.
• Excellent time management to meet productivity standards.

Responsabilidades

• Efficiently perform standard alterations (pant hems, waist/seat, rise, tapering, sleeves, seams, collar) per guidelines.
• Maintain an average of 60 minutes of productive alteration work per hour.
• Ensure high-quality finishes, secure stitching, even seams, and remove loose threads.
• Press garments for a crisp finish.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; maintain tools and equipment.
