You will work with sewing equipment and presses, maintain an organized workspace, and collaborate with teammates to ensure on-time, accurate alterations and an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform standard alterations with precision and care.
• Strong eye for quality and fit across diverse garments.
• Must read, count, and write clear alteration notes and labels.

Responsibilities

• Perform alterations such as hems, seams, and fittings to meet company guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area with all tools properly stored.
• Assist with garment staging and tagging for customer pickup.
• Provide excellent customer service and guidance on alterations and fit.
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
