Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Gardiner, NY is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis. You will use state-of-the-art equipment to align tires and wheels, measuring caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and keep vehicles traveling straight and true.

Duties include completing state inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and other required maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.
• State inspection license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the latest equipment to align tires and wheels and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and ensure the vehicle travels straight and true.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs, and perform other required automotive service tasks.
