Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician for a center in the Central, SC area. The role involves aligning tires and wheels, measuring caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, and performing oil changes and tire repairs along with state inspections.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of tire service experience, be 18+, and be legally eligible to work in the United States. A state inspection license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires
• State inspection license is preferred

Responsibilities

• Use the latest equipment to align tires and wheels on customer vehicles
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and ensure straight travel
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs
• Perform other required automotive service or repairs as needed
