Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at our Greer, SC area service center. You will use the latest equipment to align tires and wheels, measuring caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to ensure safe, straight driving and reduced tire wear.

The role requires 1 year of tire service experience or training, legal work status in the United States, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.
• Preferred: state vehicle inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment; measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to ensure straight travel and reduced tire wear.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and other automotive service as needed.
