Job summary

Delta Tire Pros - NM in Farmington, NM is seeking an Automotive Alignment Technician to perform complete vehicle alignment, tire service and related repairs for cars and light trucks. This role offers opportunities for growth within a supportive, training-focused environment.

You will balance wheel assemblies, handle brake and suspension-related work, and ensure accurate billing documentation. A strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork are essential, with a focus on safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team
• Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative, able and willing to work without direct supervision
• Must possess a mechanical aptitude
• Familiar with all cars and light truck alignment and wheel balancing equipment
• Good oral and written communication ability
• You may be subject to a background check including employment history, SSN verification, criminal history, etc.
• Preferred Experience: 3+ years of relevant vehicle service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Good driving record
• Prefer Hunter Combo Fundamental/Intermediate Alignment Level I. Level II and Introduction to Advanced Driver Assist Systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Selling and performing complete vehicle alignment on all cars and light trucks
• Selling and performing other vehicle services on all cars and light trucks, including but not limited to brake work, suspension service, axle work and oil and lubrication services
• Balancing of wheel assemblies
• Performing all types of tire service and repair
• Cleaning and maintaining service equipment including the service area
• Preparing billing documents
