Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Staten Island, NY is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis. You will use state-of-the-art equipment to align tires and wheels, measuring caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and keep vehicles traveling straight and true.

Responsibilities include alignment work, oil changes, flat repairs and other vehicle maintenance tasks, with strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.
• Preferably a state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Operate latest alignment equipment to adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Perform oil changes, tire repairs and related automotive services as required.
• Assist with state inspections and vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Provide high quality service to customers and ensure satisfaction.
