Job summary

NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the Norfolk area is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis. You will use modern equipment to align tires and wheels, and perform basic maintenance.

Candidates must be at least 18, legally work in the United States, and have 1 year of tire service experience or training. State inspection license preferred, and we offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels on customer vehicles using the latest equipment.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil/filters changes and minor repairs as needed.
