Job summary

NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis in the Staunton, VA area. You will align tires and wheels, adjust angles for proper vehicle alignment, and provide routine services including inspections and light repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience or training in tire dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Preferred state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Use equipment to align newly mounted tires and wheels on customer vehicles.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to ensure proper tracking and tire wear.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs as needed.
• Perform other required automotive service or vehicle repairs as directed.
