NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Manassas, VA is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis. You will use advanced equipment to align tires and wheels, adjust angles, and help ensure vehicles travel straight and true.

Responsibilities include inspections, oil/filters, and repairs, with weekly pay and benefits supporting growth and job training. The role emphasizes safety and high-quality service in a busy automotive center.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Align newly-mounted tires and wheels using the latest equipment.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and ensure straight travel.
• Complete state inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs as required.
• Perform other automotive service tasks as needed.
