Job summary

Belle Tire in Michigan is seeking an Alignment Technician who puts customers first and thrives in a fast-paced, team‑oriented shop. You will perform wheel alignments, steering and suspension repairs, oil changes, and other routine services while upholding Belle Tire’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Michigan mechanic certification required; ASE certifications preferred.
• At least 1 year of vehicle alignment experience.
• Customer-first mindset and safety‑conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform wheel alignments, steering/suspension repairs, oil changes and routine services.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high quality and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations for quality and service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

What You\'ll Do

• Perform wheel alignments, steering/suspension repairs, oil changes, and other routine services.

Minimum Qualifications

• What We\'re Looking For
• 18 years old
• Valid driver\'s license
• State of Michigan Mechanic Certification (Applicable in Michigan Only)
• 1 year of vehicle alignment experience
• Customer-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• ASE Certifications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds

Work Environment

This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.
