Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the Brewster, NY area is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis. You will use the latest equipment to align tires and wheels, measuring caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to ensure safe, straight travel.

Duties include state inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and other automotive tasks. We offer competitive weekly pay, health/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) with employer match, paid vacations, holidays

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
• State inspection license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to ensure proper alignment and safe vehicle handling.
• Complete state inspections, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs as needed.
• Perform other required automotive service or vehicle repairs.
