Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician in the Lockport, IL area. You will work with the latest equipment to align tires and wheels, adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to keep vehicles tracking true.

Responsibilities include completing state inspections, oil/filter changes, flat repairs and other required services. Equal opportunity employer with benefits and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.
• Preferred state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Use alignment equipment to measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, ensuring proper tire wear and vehicle tracking.
• Complete state inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs and other required maintenance.
• Perform various automotive services as needed for customer vehicles.
