Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Alignment Technician or completion of an applicable program.
• Proficient with automotive repair tools and equipment used for alignment and service.

Responsibilities

• Aligns wheels, axles, frames, torsion bars, and steering components using alignment equipment and specs.
• Drives vehicles onto alignment racks and tests for issues such as faulty alignments or worn components.
• Performs necessary repair and adjustment work based on diagnostic findings.
• Mounts and dismounts tires; balances wheels and installs counterweights for smooth operation.
• Conducts diagnostics and service work, including inspections, shock absorbers, lubrication, and basic tune-ups.
• Straightens vehicle frames using hydraulic jacks and related tools; maintains safety standards.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and follows all company procedures.
