Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive painting, collision or custom shop.
• Experience with HVLP spray equipment and airbrush.
• Strong eye for color accuracy, finish texture and detail.
• Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare aircraft items for painting: sanding, masking, priming.
• Mix paints to manufacturer specs.
• Apply base coats, primers, top coats using HVLP spray guns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace per OSHA.
• Collaborate with engineering and assembly to ensure quality end product.
