Job summary

ALIGN PRECISION is seeking a skilled assembler to perform basic to complex electronic/electro‑mechanical assembly on prototype and production hardware. You will follow blueprints and specifications, operate drills and rivet tools, and help train junior staff while ensuring high quality and safety standards.

The role requires reading wiring lists and drawings, using measuring tools, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to read engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate drilling and assembly equipment per blueprints.
• Inspect and test installed units for fit and function.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and safety practices.
• Assist in training lower-level assemblers as needed.
• Complete all required training and quality documentation.
