Job summary

New Century FS, Inc in Toledo, IA, is seeking a detail-oriented scale operator to weigh trucks and agricultural products, maintain accurate data, and support the agronomy team with scheduling and deliveries. You will work in an office/warehouse setting, follow safety procedures, handle customer inquiries, and perform light accounting tasks such as deposits and statement reconciliation.

A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; agriculture knowledge is a plus.
• Strong business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, and decision making.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Office environment with some exposure to warehousing and field operations; adherence to safety and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operates the scale to weigh trucks and agricultural products accurately.
• Record and maintain weight data in the system.
• Support agronomy team with scheduling, deliveries, and pickups.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain organized files and documentation; assist with basic accounting tasks.
