Job summary

The Equity in Robinson, IL is seeking an Agronomy Applicator to operate custom application equipment for precise fertilizer and chemical application, perform daily equipment maintenance, and support blending and delivery of agricultural products. You will scout fields, collect soil samples, create field maps, and communicate professionally with team members and producers.

Drivers must hold a valid CDL Class A with a good driving record; strong verbal and written communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Apply fertilizer and ag chemicals with precision.
• Maintain and ensure compliance of equipment and facilities.
• Blending, mixing, delivering, loading and unloading products as directed.
• Attend continuing education to stay informed on products and regulations.
• Off-season: assist with fleet maintenance or operation as directed.
• Scout fields, collect soil samples, and create field maps.
• Communicate professionally with producers, sales staff and the location manager.
