The PA reports to the Regional Agronomy Lead and will lead a team, conduct farm assessments, and drive adoption of our proprietary precision tools while building strong farmer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture Business, or related field.
• Associates degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Willing to obtain a Certified Crop Advisor certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of agronomists and sales representatives.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with precision agriculture developments.
• Provide technical agronomy and sales insights to improve customer operations and profitability.
