Job summary

Castongia Tractor is seeking a candidate to lead the sale and support of John Deere FarmSight solutions across Agricultural, Commercial, and Residential segments. The role focuses on developing AMS marketing plans, delivering employee training, and driving adoption of precision farming products across the dealership.

The position requires coordination with multiple departments to ensure seamless product support and customer satisfaction, with travel to store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in an agriculture-related role.
• Dealership sales, service, training, or related work preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical and wireless communication systems.
• Ability to operate with a solutions approach and identify customer needs.
• Ability to use standard desktop applications (MS Office, internet).
• Solid organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to store locations and customers.
• Certified Crop Advisor certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership across the organization for the sale of Precision Farming Products via John Deere.
• Develops and executes AMS Marketing Plan for the dealership.
• Develops and delivers employee training for AMS products.
• Manages adoption of new technology and product offerings.
• Manages inventory processes for AMS products and customer follow-up.
• Provides support for dealership training on John Deere FarmSight solutions.
• Coordinates the John Deere FarmSight strategy (Machine Optimization, Logistics Optimization, Ag Decision Support).
• Develops plans to mainstream AMS across all departments.
