Job summary

Castongia Tractor is seeking a seasoned AMS Marketing Leader to drive John Deere FarmSight initiatives and develop strategies for Agricultural Management Solutions sales and training across the dealership. The role emphasizes cross-department collaboration, technology adoption, and customer-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate brings agriculture-related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to store locations and client sites to support AMS offerings and training

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in an agriculture-related role.
• Dealership sales, service, training, or other related work experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical and wireless communication systems.
• Ability to operate with a solutions approach and identify customer needs.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Solid organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to store locations and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership across the organization for the sale of Precision Farming Products offered through John Deere.
• Creates and executes a John Deere Agriculture Management Solutions (AMS) Marketing Plan.
• Develops and delivers employee training for AMS products.
• Manages the adoption of new technology and product offerings.
• Coordinates the execution of the dealership’s John Deere FarmSight strategy.
• Develops and executes the plan to ensure ongoing AMS mainstreaming across all departments at the dealership.
• Assists in leading the organization in the area of John Deere precision farming products.
• Ensures understanding of John Deere FarmSight solutions and precision farming products in sales, service, parts, and all other departments.
• Provides recommendations of stocking/inventory requirements for solutions enablement.
