Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Precision Ag/Ag Systems Technology or related agriculture field.
- Able to obtain FAA Drone Remote Pilot Certification.
- Agricultural background preferred; internship experience desired.
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends/holidays.
- Interest in GIS and analytical software.
Responsibilities
- Work with Precision Ag Specialists to collect and analyze customer data.
- Assist in R&D, including field trials and in-season monitoring.
- Generate planting and application maps for customer presentations.
- Obtain FAA Drone Remote Pilot Certification.
- Learn GIS mapping and other analytical software platforms.
- Analyze financial data using financial software.
- Conduct soil, tissue sampling and nutrient testing.
- Attend internship networking and professional development opportunities.
