Qualifications

• Experience in row crop production with large, modern equipment.
• Planting through harvest experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong crop production background preferred.
• Working knowledge of precision ag technology: GPS, auto-steer, field mapping.
• Mechanically inclined with basic maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment during planting and harvest.
• Assist with routine equipment maintenance and repairs in off-season.
• Perform tillage work, hauling grain, and shop duties as needed.
• Some grain handling, drying, and storage experience advantageous.
• Climb grain bins and work with late-model John Deere equipment.
