Job summary

Express Office Lynnwood seeks a dedicated Wire Harness Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Kirkland. You will assemble, inspect, and test wire harnesses used in electrical systems, with emphasis on aerospace standards and quality control.

The ideal candidate has hands-on wire harness experience, can read wiring diagrams, perform soldering and crimping, and maintain strict attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Aerospace industry experience preferred.
• Prior hands-on experience in wire harness or cable assembly required.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Knowledge of electrical concepts and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses per specifications using cable ties, sleeves, lacing, and conduits.
• Perform soldering, wire stripping, crimping, terminations, and connector assembly.
• Inspect harnesses and perform functional testing; troubleshoot issues.
• Label wires and organize with markers and tie-wraps for proper identification.
• Set up and operate wire assembly tools and equipment.
• Insert cables into protective tubing and apply sealants.
• Follow AS9100 standards, ESD precautions, and safety procedures.
• Maintain documentation and ensure quality compliance.
• Support cross-training and assist with other assembly tasks.
