Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Aerospace Tool Maker in Franklin, Ohio. You will build, repair, and maintain dies, tooling and fixtures used in aerospace manufacturing to ensure safety, accuracy and efficiency in production.

Required: high school diploma or GED; prior Tool Maker or Tool & Die Maker experience; ability to set up and operate tool room equipment; strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the capability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous experience as Tool Maker or Tool & Die Maker in manufacturing.
Ability to set up and operate tool room equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with precision and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, dependable and able to work independently.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform extended standing, bending, and related activities.

Responsibilities

Build, repair, modify, and maintain dies, tooling, and fixtures to support production.
Set up and operate tool room machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production teams to address tooling needs.
Inspect completed tooling for accuracy, quality and function.
Support peak workloads and extended-hour requirements as needed.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient tool room environment.
