Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior Tool Maker or Tool & Die Maker experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to set up and operate tool room equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and precision.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform extended periods of standing, bending, twisting, kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, modify, and maintain dies, tooling, and fixtures to support production.
• Set up and operate tool room machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues to minimize production downtime.
• Work with production teams to identify and address tooling needs.
• Inspect completed tooling for accuracy, quality, and proper functionality.
• Support peak workloads and extended-hour requirements as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient tool room environment
