Aerotek in Middletown, PA is seeking an Aerospace Quality Inspector to ensure components meet stringent specifications. You will read blueprints, measure with calipers, micrometers and gauges, document defects, and support continuous improvement on the shop floor.

The role is contract-to-hire, onsite in a climate-controlled facility with multiple shift options. Prior experience in quality control and aerospace manufacturing is valued, along with strong attention to detail and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, quality control, inspection or related field.
• Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect aerospace components to ensure they meet quality and engineering specifications.
• Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances on finished and in-process parts.
• Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns or defects.
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
• Work closely with production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work area.
