Training will cover edge breaks, burr removal, and adherence to planned work instructions. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus at least 1 year in manufacturing and the ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some roles may require assessment.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review planning and work instructions to verify requirements.
• Safely remove burrs and create edge breaks using hand tools and small power tools.
• Inspect part dimensions to ensure conformity to blueprints.
• Read and interpret blueprints and verify configurations meet requirements.
• Document job order information and related paperwork accurately.
• Participate in Lean/Continuous Improvement efforts to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Support team members and assist with non-production tasks as needed.
• Perform final hand finishing steps on components.
