Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Final Inspector for a full-time, first-shift role (7:00am–3:30pm) in Westborough, MA. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of aerospace inspection experience and PC-DMIS proficiency, with strong math and documentation skills.

Duties include first piece inspections, dimensional checks using CMMs and gauges, verifying sheets meet blueprints, returning parts to operators, and completing paperwork. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of aerospace inspection experience.
• Ability to interpret customer specifications, blueprints, and operation sheets.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Strong math and communication skills.
• Maintain inspection files using quality tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct first piece inspections as required.
• Plan and perform inspections to check dimensions and dimensional relationships on various parts, gauges, tools and fixtures.
• Verify that operation sheets meet blueprint requirements.
• Use CMMs, optical comparators, sine plates, indicators, micrometers, and other gauges.
• Return parts to operators and ensure proper gauging.
• Complete paperwork and documentation of dimensions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
