Horton, Inc. in Britton, SD is seeking an Accessories Assembler to inspect components, assemble, package and move units to staging or finished goods areas. This hourly role starts at $23.35 per hour and follows a 7:00am–3:30pm schedule, with overtime as needed.

The position requires reading blueprints, labeling, and basic PC use for data entry and quality checks. Horton offers a competitive benefits package and a dynamic work environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is desired but not required.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Performs assembly functions in all areas as directed by manager.
• Assembles and packages accessory parts or other small units.
• Assembles various units, subassemblies and parts as directed.
• Prepares for assembly with sufficient quantity of each part.
• Assembles units, following standard procedures and checks quality.
• Performs quality checks on small units.
• Disassembles units that fail quality control and replaces faulty components.
• Provides training in work methods and procedures.
• Operates literature copy machines.
• Performs other duties as directed by manager.
