Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of 3 axis machines, cutters, and work holding tools to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications to verify conformance.
• Measure parts with micrometers, calipers and CMM/FARO devices to ensure accuracy.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve required tolerances and surface finishes.
• Maintain and basic troubleshooting of machine tools and fixtures.
