Job summary

French Feast Inc in Oakland, NJ is seeking a motivated Picker/Packer to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will accurately pick and pack orders, inspect products for defects, and prepare shipments while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a high-volume environment. Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, picker/packer, or fulfillment center experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic ability to read and follow written or printed instructions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to order slips.
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging.
• Prepare and label packages for shipment in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace.
• Meet daily pick/pack quotas and productivity targets.
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking incoming inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or scanners as needed.
