Job summary

Georgia Cleaning Pros is seeking Construction Cleaners for a data center construction site. You will perform comprehensive cleaning through rough, progressive, final and turnover stages, keeping areas debris-free and compliant with safety protocols.

Candidates must be reliable, able to pass background and drug screening, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with the team to meet project timelines; on-site, shift may include overtime.

Qualifications

• Construction or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work around dust, noise, changing temperatures and active construction operations.
• OSHA training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough, progressive, final and turnover cleaning.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop and remove dust from floors and other surfaces.
• Clean walls, doors, windows, fixtures and installed equipment.
• Remove construction debris, packaging and approved waste materials.
• Maintain dust- and contaminant-controlled areas.
• Perform detailed cleaning around sensitive electrical and mechanical systems.
• Follow approved cleaning procedures for server rooms, equipment rooms and other critical spaces.
• Clean breakrooms, offices, restrooms and common areas as assigned.
• Organize tools, materials and cleaning supplies.
• Complete assigned cleaning checklists and report completed work.
• Immediately report safety hazards, spills, damage or prohibited materials.
• Follow instructions from the cleaning foreman, site supervisor and project management.
• Work cooperatively with other cleaners, construction trades and site personnel.
