Georgia Cleaning Pros / GCP Labor & Materials Solutions seeks a dependable Safety Coordinator to supervise health and safety on an active data center construction site in Colorado City, TX.

Responsibilities include site inspections, safety training, and maintaining records. OSHA 30-hour construction training and current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications required; bilingual EN/ES a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have construction site safety experience; data center experience required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of fall protection, electrical safety, lockout/tagout, PPE, and hazard communication.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work outdoors on an active construction site.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• CHST or STSC credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and identify and address safety hazards.
• Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and employee training.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA standards and project safety requirements.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with supervisors and contractors to promote safe work practices.
