Job summary

Johnson Matthey is seeking a Material Handler in the United States to support material flow and inventory management across supply chain, production, and logistics. The role requires accurate weighing, documentation and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure OTIF delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining EH&S compliance and quality control.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in material handling, logistics or warehousing.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Handling, processing and shipping precious metal materials with accurate records.
• Supporting material flow across Supply Chain, Production and Logistics to meet OTIF targets.
• Weighing materials, inventory management, stock verification and physical inventory activities.
• Ensuring shipments are packed, documented and transported per safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining EH&S compliance and quality requirements.
• Assisting with equipment checks, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
