Clark Pacific is seeking a Senior Structural Engineering Manager to lead a team designing full precast structural systems for mission-critical facilities, including data centers and semiconductor plants. You will serve as Engineer of Record on projects requiring a licensed SE in California and coordinate with project management and manufacturing.

This role requires managing tight schedules, balancing workloads, mentoring engineers, and driving PCI-related innovation while ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• Licensed Structural Engineer (SE) in California or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive structural engineering design experience, with leadership experience.
• Experience as lead design manager on large-scale structural projects.
• Hands-on lateral design of concrete structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the structural engineering team in full precast systems design (floors, beams, walls, columns, slabs, stairs).
• Serve as Engineer of Record on projects requiring a California-licensed SE.
• Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and submittals under tight deadlines.
• Provide technical leadership in lateral design of concrete elements.
• Balance workloads and manage high-stress project timelines.
