Started in 1971, we are a family-owned and operated business with locations in Bloomfield, Clinton, Terre Haute, Vincennes, and Washington, IN. Our core activities include Ready Mixed Concrete, Block, Brick, Precast Concrete, and Aggregates servicing Southwest Indiana.

Job Summary:

Jones and Sons, Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Precast Sales & Customer Support Specialist to support our growing precast concrete division. This role will focus on working directly with customers to understand their project needs, providing technical support, and ensuring the accurate fulfillment of orders. Strong computer skills are required, and experience in the stormwater or wastewater industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize computer software to manage customer orders, track inventory, and generate necessary documentation, with drafting blueprints for precast concrete products being a key part of this role.
• Work directly with customers to understand project requirements, provide product recommendations, and document orders accurately.
• Experience in the stormwater or wastewater industry is a must.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Assist in troubleshooting design and production challenges, providing effective solutions.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, product specifications, and precast concrete applications.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards in all sales and support processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong computer skills.
• Sales or customer service experience, preferably in the construction or precast concrete industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
