Job summary

Geoquest USA, Inc. seeks an Assistant Precast Plant Logistics Manager in Waco, TX. You will coordinate inbound/outbound logistics for the precast plant, aligning production, project management, and field operations to ensure safe, on-time deliveries.

You’ll manage dispatch, routing, and yard operations, while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards. This on-site role requires strong organizational skills and real-time decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily/weekly delivery schedules in coordination with Production, Project Management, and Customers.
• Plan and optimize truck routes, load sequencing, and delivery timing.
• Ensure efficient utilization of company fleet and third-party carriers.
• Coordinate shipment priorities based on project schedules and site conditions.
• Oversee loading, securing, and dispatching precast elements.
• Ensure loads comply with DOT regulations, weight restrictions, and permitting requirements.
• Coordinate escort vehicles, permits, and special transport for oversized loads.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to internal teams and customers.
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and perform audits.
