Job summary

Fabcon Precast, LLC seeks an Associate Field Foreperson (Internal Applicants Only) to assist with Work to Existing (W2E) activities. You will partner with the Foreperson to manage daily jobsite duties, promote safety, and coordinate plate installation, sawcutting, patching, and caulking tasks.

Requirements include at least 1 year of precast experience, welding knowledge, a valid MVR & DOT, and the ability to read shop drawings. Travel and overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year direct erection crew experience.
• Precast experience preferred.
• Welding and general construction practices knowledge.
• Valid MVR & DOT per Fabcon requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreperson with daily jobsite duties.
• Learn all essential duties and responsibilities.
• Lead by example in safety policies.
• Support teamwork among crew members.
• Understand work-to-existing activities on Fabcon structures.
