Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret drawings and specifications to determine scope.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, material calculations, and cost analyses.
• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates, bids, and proposals in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams to validate feasibility, mold requirements, and lead times.
• Demonstrate initiative by independently driving tasks to completion and seeking continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
• Maintain cost databases, historical pricing, and standardized estimating tools.
• Participate in bid reviews, clarification discussions, and project handoff meetings.
