Job summary

This position is responsible for completing the structural grouting of precast/prestressed products at the job site during the erection phase of the project.

The role requires mixing grouting per manufacturers' specifications, placing grout under walls, columns, beams, and maintaining daily records while adhering to Metromont and OSHA safety rules.

Qualifications

• Clear communication required to coordinate with team and site personnel.
• Teamwork and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
• Extremely detail-oriented to ensure grout specs and safety procedures are followed.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and reliability on site.
• Experience using standard construction tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Mix grouting per manufacturers' specifications.
• Place grouting under walls, columns, beams, etc.
• Mix and pump grout per manufacturer’s specifications.
• Pay close attention to erection drawings where different grout strengths are required under columns, walls, beams, etc.
• Maintain daily records of finishing work performed.
• Must adhere to all Metromont and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Housekeeping as necessary to maintain work area, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
