Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, seeks a Field Service Grout Technician to support grout mixing and pouring at job sites. You will assist finishers with mixing, pouring, and injecting grout for columns, panels, and footings, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and prior concrete finishing experience. Training in First Aid, CPR, and lift operations is provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from Field Service Foreman about tasks to be performed at job site.
• Assist Field Finisher - Mixing grout to proper consistency.
• Assist Field Finisher - Pour grout at flat panel footing, column base, etc.
• Assist Field Finisher - Inject grout into splice sleeves of columns, wall panel, etc.
• Apply grout to lifting loop blockouts on parking deck double tees.
• Apply grout to all lifting device locations on concrete members.
• Perform field service rework to cracked and/or damaged concrete members.
• Follow safety and quality rules to ensure a safe work environment.
