Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Quality Control Manager for their North Houston plant. The role involves overseeing QC functions, conducting inspections, and managing a team of quality control technicians. Ideal candidates should possess substantial experience in precast concrete, good organizational and communication skills, along with relevant certifications. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of compliance with DOT and 3rd parties.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
• ACI Certification or ability to obtain in 3 months is highly desired.
• NPCA Certification or ability to obtain in 3 months is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QC functions including process inspections.
• Conduct post-pour inspection checks on products.
• Prepare Corrective Action Reports for nonconforming products.
• Maintain calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
