Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality technicians and drive a culture of safety. The role focuses on adherence to standards, policies, and regulations for safe, environmentally compliant production of precast concrete products.

The position emphasizes implementing and managing the OPI Quality Program to exceed customer expectations and maintain regulatory compliance across the plant in Jacksonville, FL.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Develop and maintain quality programs and standards.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with DoT, NPCA, ACI, and OPI requirements.
• Provide monthly training for leads and technicians.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and CAD to drive corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive pursuance of required state or municipal certifications.
• Develop and maintain quality standards.
• Conduct timely audits to ensure internal compliance.
• Maintain compliance documentation and recordkeeping.
• Lead quarterly QC meetings to review issues and actions.
• Provide ongoing training for process leads and technicians.
• Ensure material testing and calibrations meet ASTM/DoT/NPCA/OPI specs.
• Escalate quality issues to management with corrective actions.
